Bezett Jewellers Clock Tower Race

RACE REPORT
Dunedin turned on a stunning day for the annual Bezett Jewellers
Clock Tower Race. Conditions were hot, but an enthusiastic
crowd watched on as competitors raced 372m around the Clock
Tower, attempting to beat the chimes. Chris McLean won the
race in 52.50s, with Jamie Stevens not far behind in 53.66s.
Matt Gibbons placed third in 54.59s seconds. In the women's
race, Olivia Tuck secured her third consecutive win with her
fastest time yet, comfortably crossing the line in 58.64 seconds.
Stephanie Clyma was the second woman over the line with 1min26s.
Once again the Otago University Harrier and Multisport Club
would like to thank Bezett Jewellers for their amazing support
of the race.
